HONG KONG, Nov 22 (Reuters) – Asian stocks were on the defensive on Tuesday as a resurgence of COVID-19 in China fueled concerns that Beijing may reintroduce tough pandemic restrictions and that further restrictions could lead to supply chain disruptions .
