BANGKOK – (AP) – Stocks rose in Asia on Tuesday after Wall Street shrugged off an early bout of choppy trading to finish higher.
US futures rose 0.1% and oil prices also rose.
Hong Kong benchmark Hang Seng rose 0.9% to 15,313.22 after a 6.4% sell-off the previous day, a 14-year low close.
The Shanghai Composite Index rose 0.7% to 2,999.55.
