BEIJING – China’s crude oil Production expanded at a faster pace in October, official data showed. Production in October was 17.22 million tons, up 2.5 percent year-on-year and up 1.1 percentage points from September, according to the National Bureau of Statistics. Last month, China imported 43.14 million tons crude oilrose 14.1 percent year-on-year, reversing September’s 1.6 percent decline.
