The growth rate of output from eight key sectors slowed to a 20-month low of 0.1 percent in October as production of crude oil, natural gas, refined products and cement fell, according to official data released Wednesday.
In October last year, these sectors grew by 8.7 percent. In September of this year, production growth in the core sectors was 7.8 percent.
