British house builder Coat of Arms Nicholson said it is postponing the opening of a third division due to economic uncertainty, but added that full-year results would be within guidance.
In a trading update on Thursday, the company said it expected full-year adjusted pre-tax profit to be within a previously forecast range of £135m to £140m. However, trading has been weaker in recent weeks, reflecting “elevated economic uncertainty”.
