MOSCOW, Nov 18 (Reuters) – Crude oil exports from the Black Sea port of Novorossiysk in southern Russia have been suspended because of a storm from November 17, three traders familiar with the port situation told Reuters on Friday.
“The terminal is closed due to a storm warning. We expect the loading areas to remain closed for a few more days,” said one of the traders. It wasn’t yet clear whether the suspension could affect the monthly charging schedule.
