MOSCOW, Nov 21 (Reuters) – Crude oil exports from Russia’s Black Sea port of Novorossiysk resumed on Sunday after loading was halted due to stormy weather, two traders familiar with the port operations said on Monday.

Crude oil exports from Novorossiysk have taken place suspended from 17.11. because of storm.
