(Bloomberg) – The threat of European Union sanctions against oil imports from Russia is not quite as exclusionary as it might first appear.
While nearly all direct sea imports of crude oil and refined petroleum products will be banned early next year, it will still be possible for what are believed to be Russian oil molecules to legally enter the European Union.
