Oct 12 (Reuters) – Russian oil imports to the European Union and the UK fell 35% in August to 1.7 million barrels per day (bpd) from 2.6 million bpd in January, but the EU has been steady still the largest market for Russian crude oil to the International Energy Agency (IEA).
