The UK’s Financial Conduct Authority has urged stock trading designers to ensure they don’t trick investors into behaving like they’re gambling.

The watchdog identified features such as sending frequent notifications with the latest market news and rewarding consumers with in-app “points” and celebratory messages for completing trades, the FCA said.
