The British prosecutors are Seeking more than $200 million in penalties by Glencore (OTCPK:GLCNF) (OTCPK:GLNCY) to solve a bribery investigation in Africa, and they now want to prosecute some of the company’s former executives.

To to The Wall Street JournalThe UK’s Serious Fraud Office asked a court on Wednesday to hand down the penalties, which it said could include Britain’s largest corporate seizure order to recover funds stemming from crime.
