MOSCOW – Global commodities trader Glencore on Tuesday asked a Moscow court to halt hearings related to a €117 million lawsuit from Russia’s largest lender, Sberbank, over unpaid oil shipments and to move its hearings to Singapore.

According to the Moscow Arbitration Court database, Sberbank sought to recover debts and penalties from Glencore Energy UK Ltd for two agreements, each worth around €58 million.
