Glencore (OTCPK:GLCNF) (OTCPK:GLNCY) said on Monday it will Pay $180 million to the Democratic Republic of the Congo as part of an agreement covering all claims related to “alleged acts of corruption” by the companies in the country in 2007-18.

The agreement covers activities being investigated by the US Department of Justice and the National Financial Intelligence Unit and the Congo Ministry of Justice, the company said.
