
India’s crude oil imports fell to 16.46 million tonnes in September, down 6.7% from the previous month, government data showed on Friday.
On an annual basis, imports fell 5.8%, data from the Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell website showed.
The decline in revenue comes amid maintenance work at refineries including Reliance Industries and Indian Oil Corp.
