State Petroleum Resources Minister Timipre Sylva said yesterday Nigeria is part of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) decision to cut crude oil production by 2 million barrels for November.
According to his spokesman Horatius Egua on Tuesday, the minister said this was to stabilize the market and not out of ulterior motives.
