Di suspects seafarers from India, Sri Lanka, the Philippines and Poland are pleading not guilty
The Department of Defense is charging some foreign seafarers with piracy and crude oil theft in the Federal High Court for Port Harcourt, di Rivers State Capital, southern Nigeria.
They come after the Nigerian Navy arrested 26 sailors from the ship Wey Dem Gbab for Equatorial Guinea on alleged piracy and theft of crude oil from Akpo Oil Field, Bonny for Rivers State.
