OSLO, Nov 30 (Reuters) – Norway and Germany will jointly request NATO to form a coordination center to improve surveillance of subsea infrastructure such as gas pipelines and telecommunications cables, Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Stoere told a news conference in Berlin on Wednesday.
