ANKARA
Oil prices rose on Friday, helped by signs of economic recovery from China, the world’s largest oil importer.
International benchmark Brent was trading at $86.41 a barrel as of 9:58 a.m. local time (0658 GMT), up 0.29% from the previous trading session’s close of $86.16 a barrel.
American benchmark West Texas Intermediate (WTI) at the same time was trading at $80.87 a barrel, up 0.32% after closing the previous session at $80.61 a year.
