ISLAMABAD: In an important development, Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates decided to enter into a long-term GtG agreement for the import of gasoline, jet fuel and crude oil to ensure sustainable availability of petroleum products in the country and both countries would sign it soon IGA ( intergovernmental agreement).

Pakistan would import 1.5 million tons of motor gasoline (Mogas), ie 30 loads in a year under a 5 year deal, meaning PSO would import two and a half to three loads per month.
