Pakistan was denied a 30-40 percent rebate on crude oil by Russia on Thursday during bilateral talks in Moscow, The News International reported. The talks were attended by Pakistan’s Minister of State for Petroleum Musadik Malik, the joint secretary and officials at the Embassy of Pakistan in Moscow. The Pakistani delegation asked for a cut in the price of crude oil on November 30 and was refused by Russian officials the next day.
