MOSCOW (Reuters) – Russia’s biggest lender, Sberbank, is suing global commodities trader Glencore for around 117 million euros ($116 million) over unpaid oil shipments, the bank said on Monday, and court documents from the Moscow Arbitration Court database showed.

The court’s database showed that Sberbank was trying to collect debts and penalties from Glencore Energy UK Ltd over two agreements, each worth around €58 million.
