LONDON, Nov 23 (Reuters) – Russia’s oil tanker fleet is too small to fully circumvent a plan by the European Union, the G7 countries and Australia to impose a price cap on its maritime crude oil exports from December 5, analysts and market watchers say .

The amount Russia could not export is expected to rise when EU sanctions on Russian shipments of refined products come into effect on February 5.
