Energy stocks were higher this Monday afternoon, with the NYSE Energy Sector Index up 1.3% while the SPDR Energy Select Sector ETF (XLE) was up 1.6%. The Philadelphia Oil-Service Sector Index was up 2.1%, although the Dow Jones US Utilities Index fell 2.9%.
