Energy stocks continued to lose ground this Monday afternoon, with the NYSE Energy Sector Index down 2.7% and the SPDR Energy Select Sector ETF (XLE) down 3.2%. The Philadelphia Oil-Service Sector Index fell 4.3% and the Dow Jones US Utilities Index slipped 0.6%.
