Energy stocks continued their declines Tuesday afternoon, with the NYSE Energy Sector Index falling 2.5% while the SPDR Energy Select Sector ETF (XLE) was down 3.1%. The Philadelphia Oil-Service Sector Index was down 2.3%, but the Dow Jones US Utilities Index was up 0.3%.
