Shell on May 23 announced changes to its SUKO 90 terms governing futures trading of Brent-Forties-Oseberg-Ekofisk-Troll and delivery of US-WTI Midland crude in a cash BFOE freight on a CIF basis allow which means the cash seller would be responsible for ship charter.
