MEXICO CITY, Oct 24 (Reuters) – Mexico’s 2023 budget projects crude oil export prices between $65 and $70 per barrel as global oil prices continue to fall from highs earlier this year, the deputy said Finance Minister Gabriel Yorio on Monday.

The guidance is well below the $93.6 a barrel forecast for the end of this year. Mexico’s state-owned oil company Pemex reported that the average price of a barrel of crude oil was $105.34 in the second quarter.
