TRANSACTION IN TREASURY SHARES
Close Brothers Group plc (the “Company”) announces that on 21st November 2022 it transferred 1,689 common shares at 25p each from its own funds to participants in its employee share schemes. The transfer price was 888 pence. After the transfer of these shares, the company holds 1,599,578 of its own common stock and has 150.460.712 ordinary shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares).
