LONDON, Oct 28 (Reuters) – Spot activity was subdued on Friday as high freight rates and backwardation weighed on demand, particularly from Asia.

* Angola’s state oil company Sonangol was still offering a December shipment of Girassol at dated Brent plus $3.60 a barrel and a 650,000 barrel shipment of Saxi at dated Brent plus 40 cents. A previously offered spot at Olombendo has been retained by Angola’s domestic refinery.
